Joint Dislocation

Our joints are what lets us have mobile limbs and such that we can bend it into different angles depending on our flexibility. While this is great, it also means that our joints are often subject to large amounts of friction, leaving it more vulnerable to wear than regular tissue. In addition, it can also lead to them popping out of place.

When a joint pops out of place, it can be horrifying. In many sports, the shoulder is often the joint that gets dislocated. With it out of the socket, the arm no longer functions correctly, and one might think it’s the end of the world. Surprisingly, it can be popped back into place.
