Headbutts

The headbutt is another instinctive move as the hard skull can be used as a striking tool when the hands or feet are tied up. This is usually used against other humans, and also carries the risk of self injury. It is often used by those of low pain tolerance. Ideally, one should use the forehead or the hard top of the head to strike a weaker and softer surface of the opponents face.

This move was made popular by professional wrestlers. In recent times, it is one of the Big Show’s signature moves. Doing this excessively can result in brain damage to the self, so one should not use it too often.
