The skinny individual is often seen as weak and vulnerable, a ripe target for the bullies or criminals. However, one thing is sure, and that is to never underestimate the skinny individual. While it is generally true that size is important, and being skinny is a disadvantage, this does not mean the difference is that drastic.
If you lift weights at the gym, you will often see skinny individuals put up some impressive weight. Having large amount of fat bulk does not make a person stronger than someone skinny. That is something to be remembered. In addition, a skinny individual of the same strength as a bigger person will often be faster.
